Summary

Audit committees and organization executives are expecting their internal auditors and managers to move from controls and compliance based efforts towards proactive business risk management and mitigation.  This renewed focus on enterprise operational, strategic and business risk areas creates opportunities for audit and management teams to provide real value – but only if we can demonstrate mastery of the analytical, business and interpersonal skills required by these heavily consultative projects.  This seminar will provide participants with the methodologies, tools and skills required to bring a comprehensive business risk management approach to their daily responsibilities.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn:

1.        Best practices for enterprise and business operations risk management
